The ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) is hosting a congress on Technical Advancement in Duluth, Minnesota, between the 10th and 13th of September. The event brings together leaders from the Aerospace Division, Committee on Adaptation to a Changing Climate, Cold Regions Engineering Division, Construction Institute, Energy Division, Forensic Engineering Division, and the Infrastructure Resilience Division. As part of the Infrastructure Resilience Division, Caroline Field will be co-chairing a session on Resilience Metrics and will also be presenting “A Comprehensive Approach to City Resilience Diagnostics and Measurement” on Wednesday 13th September between 10:30 and 12:00.
