Nuclear Ventilation 2015, a two-day conference that enables practitioners from all sectors of the energy community to stay abreast of developments in Nuclear Ventilation in the UK, takes place between the 17th and 18th of November in Haydock. This IMechE event offers a unique opportunity for learning, networking and sharing of experiences.
On day 1, MMI’s David Burt will present a case study demonstrating how Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) was utilised at ILW Waste Plant to aid with geological disposal. Later in the day, David and two other industry thought leaders will form a panel, discussing CFD in general, while answering questions such as “when should CFD be used?” and “what are the alternatives to CFD?”
