‘Engineering Your Future’ career events are coordinated and sponsored by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Institution of Engineering and Technology, the Institution of Chemical Engineers, The Nuclear Institute and the British Computer Society, and is fully supported by STEMNET and the Northwest STEM Centres.
These one-day interactive workshops are aimed at sixth form students who are studying STEM subjects, giving them the opportunity to ask questions about what a career in engineering really involves.
STEM Ambassadors from MMI attended “Engineering Your Future” at Burnley FC on the 19thof November, and on the 27th we were at the Halliwell Jones Stadium in Warrington. We enjoy inspiring the next generation of engineers!
